BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY MEDICINE HOSPITALIST
Assistant/Associate Professor of Family Medicine

The Department of Family Medicine at the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine and The University of Vermont Medical Center is seeking a board certified/eligible family physician to join the full-time faculty. This appointment at the University of Vermont will be at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the Clinical Scholar Pathway commensurate with experience. The selected candidate will join a busy and collegial program. The position requires clinical focus on a well-established Family Medicine Hospital Service. This FM Hospital Service provides care on our inpatient Accountable Care Unit, Emergency Department, Newborn Nursery, critical care step down units and is integrated with the Internal Medicine Hospitalist Services. Experience in the areas of hospital medicine, leadership and teaching is encouraged.

Priority will be given to applicants who have experience providing family medicine clinical services in an academic setting. Our faculty participates with teaching in our family medicine residency education program and our medical student educational programs. Our 6:6:6 residency program is fully accredited.
