Posting Summary

Facilitate and coordinate requests, made by internal and external customers, for event parking and transportation services. Review service requests and determine customer needs for services to include parking staff, spaces and permits, and shuttle buses. Communicate with customers, department and university staff, and external resources to coordinate services. Actively engage in learning and practicing principles of social justice and inclusion, environmental sustainability and delivering a great customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Associates degree and one to two years of business or financial related experience required. Demonstrated understanding of standard software applications and systems required. Effective interpersonal and organizational skills required. Experience working effectively in teams and independently required. May require a valid license to operate University vehicle. Demonstrated ongoing commitment to workplace diversity, sustainability and delivering exceptional value and great experience to customers required.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience working in a customer service-focused environment, such as hospitality or conference/event, and/or higher education working experience desirable. Familiarity with EMS or other space/event scheduling software desirable.

Other Information
Special Conditions Occasional overtime/weekend hours required, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, 40 hour work week
