Professor of Practice in Engineering Management
The College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences (CEMS) at the University of Vermont (UVM) invites applications for a Professor of Practice (non-tenure track position) in Engineering Management for Fall 2018. The position is anticipated to be filled at a Senior Lecturer level. Candidates must have a graduate degree in Engineering or Engineering Management and significant practical experience, preferably combined with university-level teaching experience and an MBA. The ideal candidate will also have experience in curriculum development, as well as the passion to take a leadership role in the growth of our BS and new MS in Engineering Management programs. Duties include teaching a variety of undergraduate– and graduate-level courses in engineering management, student recruiting, student advising, project mentoring and program development.
