Posting Summary

Perform the University’s daily cash position management functions, coordinate cash flow projection information, coordinate payment of premiums for life insurance policies received as gifts to the University, balance daily cash deposit activity to the ledger, and manage debt and related compliance requirements. Reports to the Assistant Controller for Tax and Treasury Services, with functional supervision from Co-Team leads.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and three to four years of treasury, cash management, and debt management experience. Working knowledge of the banking system, the bond market, interest rates, investment vehicles, cash equivalent instruments, fund accounting, bond indentures and financial statements is required.

Desirable Qualifications

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Cash Manager (CCM) is desired
