Posting Summary

The Instructional Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and development of interactive medical education content that targets learning objectives. Responsibilities include the production of quality e-learning programs and other engaging learning materials as well as the development of course outlines within a strict timeline.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field and one to three years’ experience with instructional design methodologies, course and curriculum design in various modalities including learning outcome development and curriculum alignment required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to successfully manage project deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications

Ability to analyze and synthesize technical content desired.

Other Information

The Active Learning Instructional Designer is a two year position only. This position requires a six-month probationary period.
